The blueprint digitally maps the entire life cycle of licensed specialists in the installer directory — from initial registration to administration to renewal.
Installation companies submit their concession requests via an intuitive click path — including relevant company and specialist data. All applications go through a review process.


After a positive review, contract documents are provided digitally and the signed documents are sent back via a separate channel.

The ID card for the requested sectors is then created and access to the installer portal is activated. From this point on, installers can submit and manage applications independently.
Installers automatically receive a reminder by email in a good time before their license expires. Renewal is straightforward via another click path ("Journey"), goes through the check again and, if validated successfully, leads to the issue of a new ID card.
