1. Order process
Marketed wallboxes, including accessories and installation, can be purchased directly from an order route integrated into the website. Customers receive relevant information (such as technical data sheets) on the individual components. All necessary information on availability, ownership, location conditions and the electricity meter situation is requested, so that a smooth inspection and subsequent installation is possible. It is also possible to purchase several wallboxes.

2. Installation and Commissioning
Once the order has been completed, forward the installation order to your trade partner. They will install and commission the wallbox and document the installation in epilot.

The blueprint comprises a total of 1 journey with 2 additional automations that efficiently support the entire process. There are also 3 email templates and 1 document template for consistent and professional communication as well as 8 sample products.
