1. Inquiry and online qualification
Get leads quickly via our standardized click path ("Journey") and collect all relevant customer and building data.
2. Automatic lead transfer to Viessmann
You decide for yourself whether to hand over all or selected leads to our specialist partner Viessmann.
3. Viessmann as a fulfillment partner
After taking over the lead, Viessmann acts as a fulfillment partner for you: Starting with the subsequent qualification of the lead, through the submission of the offer to the installation and acceptance of the heat pump, Viessmann will handle operational processing and correspondence with its partner network and customers.
4. Transparency thanks to bidirectional interface
Thanks to our bidirectional interface, you get full transparency about the status of your leads.
5. Strengthen your existing grid partner
Would you like to use your own grid partner to sell heating solutions? No problem! Simply register your partner with Viessmann so that all leads are processed via your network.
The blueprint comprises a Journey, including journey automation. Die Journey automation creates the contact, the opportunity and triggers the data exchange via webhook.
