Process details

1.    Inquiry and online qualification

Generate leads quickly via our standardized click journey and collect all relevant customer and building data.

2.    Automatic lead handover to Viessmann

The lead is automatically transferred to our expert partner Viessmann, who takes care of the processing.

‍

3.    Viessmann as fulfillment partner

After the lead is taken over, Viessmann acts as your fulfillment partner: starting with lead re-qualification, through quotation, to on-site installation and acceptance of the PV system. Viessmann handles the operational execution and all communication with its partner network and end customers.

4.    Transparency thanks to a bidirectional interface

Thanks to our bidirectional interface, you have full transparency over the status of your leads.

5.    Strengthen your existing partner network

Would you like to use your own partner network for sales? No problem! Simply register your partners with Viessmann so that all leads are processed via your network.

The blueprint includes one journey including journey automation. The journey automation automatically creates an inquiry and triggers the data exchange via webhook.

‍

IMPORTANT: As this is a standardized integration, please contact Viessmann directly after installation to clarify the scope of your collaboration.
