Process details

1. Bestellprozess

Vermarkte Wallboxen inkl. Zubehör und Installation direkt in einer in die Website eingebundenen Bestellstrecke zum Direktkauf. Kund:Innen erhalten darin relevante Informationen (wie z.B. techn. Datenblätter) der einzelnen Komponenten. Alle notwendigen Informationen zur Verfügbarkeit, den Eigentumsverhältnissen, den Standortbedingungen sowie zur Stromzählersituation werden abgefragt, sodass eine reibungslose Prüfung und spätere Installation möglich ist. Auch der Kauf mehrerer Wallboxen ist möglich.

2. Installation und Inbetriebnahme

Leite den Installationsauftrag nach abgeschlossener Bestellung an deinen Handwerkspartner weiter. Dieser übernimmt Montage und Inbetriebnahme der Wallbox und dokumentiert die Ausführung in epilot.

Der Blueprint umfasst insgesamt 2 Journeys mit 4 zusätzlichen Automatisierungen, die den gesamten Prozess effizient unterstützen. Dazu kommen 4 E-Mail- und 1 Dokumentenvorlagen zur konsistenten und professionellen Kommunikation sowie 8 Beispiel-Produkten.
