Possible simple and digital registration of generation and/or consumption systems via a user-friendly online portal.
2. subsequent registration of the contract installerI
If the customer does not yet know the contract installer company at the time of application, they can easily register it via their portal access. An automated notification informs the installer company about the customer order, which can be accepted digitally.
3. Recording of technical data
Secure and structured recording of all relevant technical data (E2, E3, E8, completion notification, etc.) in predefined forms that are adapted to the system and complete the existing request.
This blueprint, optimized for the Professional license, comprises a total of 10 journeys, including the initial registration of the systems, which is integrated into the grid customer or installer portal.
The 8 other journeys are used to collect additional data and supplement the initial registration.
The journeys can be completed and subsequently submitted by the customer or contract installer via the respective portal. Subsequent submission takes place via 6 processes that are mirrored in the portals.
In addition, 13 automations ensure efficient process support.There are also 12 individual variables, 5 email templates for consistent and professional communication and 1 document template for a clear summary of the data received at the end of the process.

Prerequisite for the full functionality of the Blueprint
To be able to use the Blueprint to its full extent, you need a grid customer and installer portal. If these portals are not yet configured, please contact your Customer Success Manager or our support team. We will set up the required portals together. In addition, installer licensing is required, which we can also set up together with you.
